Parking Lot Pickup is available for all in stock products. Please wait to arrive for your pickup until you have received an email confirmation stating your order is ready. When you arrive please call, (707) 678-9007, and state the name the order was placed under and the type of vehicle you are driving. Our staff will load your vehicle. Once loaded please verify that what was loaded is what you ordered, if there is a problem let one of our staff members know or call the store and we will fix the issue.
Local delivery is available for a fee, by one of our flatbed trucks, if sufficient quantity is purchased. Delivery minimums are determined by our staff on an order by order basis but generally, minimums for deliveries to Dixon, Vacaville, Davis and Winters are one pallet of product or 12 bales of hay. Orders that are at the minimum may take longer to be delivered due to the need to pair them up with other small deliveries to that area. Deliveries outside of the Dixon, Vacaville, Davis and Winters area require between 40-110 bales of hay or 4-10 pallets of product. Deliveries can happen within 2 days or up to 2 weeks. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a phone call to establish the delivery charge, set up a date and time for the delivery and verify address and accessibility for our trucks.
